We are thrilled to announce that we have been selected as one of the Best Pet Companies to Work For in 2022 by Pet Age Magazine!
To be considered for participation, organizations had to meet the following requirements:
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in the United States/Canada;
- Have a minimum of 15 employees in the United States/Canada; and,
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
Companies from across the U.S. and Canada were considered, and a two-part survey was used to determine ranking. The first part evaluated organization’s policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.
The second part consisted of an employee experience survey that comprised of 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores from both parts of the survey determined the ranking, and we were among the top five chosen for having created a culture of inclusion, purpose, genuine listening, caring, and empathy!
