We are honored to announce that we have been named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in the Pet Industry by Pet Age Magazine, for the second consecutive year! In partnership with Best Companies Group to identify pet companies where leaders excel in creating quality workplaces, Pet Age recognizes organizations who successfully foster a culture of inclusion, purpose, genuine listening, caring and empathy. Pet companies across the United States and Canada entered the two-part process that first examined organizations’ workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, followed by an overall employee experience survey. To be considered for participation, organizations also had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year,
- Be a publicly or privately held business,
- Have a minimum of 15 employees and,
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
