W. F. Young, Inc., international marketer of the Absorbine® line of equine health care products and the Absorbine Jr. ® line of consumer health care products, announces the appointment of Bert McMahon as Corporate Vice President, Sales. Mr. McMahon previously held the position of Vice President at Del Pharmaceuticals, Inc., spending 25 years at that company in a variety of sales and executive leadership roles.

Mr. McMahon will be responsible for all aspects of the sales discipline within the company, including developing sales strategies to bring the company to the next stages of growth, strategic planning, expansion into new markets, and motivating and directing sales teams. He will work closely with Chuck Latham & Associates, W. F. Young’s sales representative firm and strategic partner specializing in the farm and pet care market.
Mr. McMahon received his BSBA, Marketing degree from Northeastern University and currently resides in Plymouth, Massachusetts, with his wife and family. He has been actively involved in coaching youth sports.
